Business Tycoon Academy™ Overview

 Business Tycoon Academy™ or BTA, as the name suggests is an exclusive coaching institute for Business Owners. BTA coaches, mentors and grooms business owners to achieve bigger growth in their business using Neuro Linguistic Program (NLP) techniques and systematic design approach.

• Business owners would be trained by Master Coach Mr. Sathyanarayana VR, who himself is a successful business owner, heading multiple business entities. He has coached and trained more than 10,000 people over last ten years in business, personal development and leadership skills.

BTA training consists of 10 monthly classes/sessions, conducted at its chapters every month:

 Training is based on six core values, namely:

• These monthly sessions are augmented with Group Mentors, who would be assigned to individual members. There would be:
  • Daily top commitments message to the group mentors(300+ SMS for the course)
  • Weekly telephonic call by the Group Mentors (40+ calls per course)
  • Monthly group members meeting with mentor (ten classes, apart from regular sessions)
• There would be Yearly and Monthly Growth Analysis Review Sheets about implementation progress towards achieving growth.
• These activities help business owners to properly define their business goals, define roadmap and milestones, and achieve growth and profitability in a structured approach.
• Overall, BTA provides practical administrative type training about business growth, as the trainings are not just restricted to theories, but practical experiences would be used to address business challenges, problems, and help explore and identify new avenues for business expansion.
• At the end of the course, team members would be graduated on successful completion of their targets and submission of project report – which is a professional documentation of owner’s business, its benefits and its USP. This could be used as a reference material for any future business related activities such as presenting to the bank, partnerships, expansions etc.
