Liventus is a fast growing, application development company. We need an office manager with skills, experience and savvy to be the back bone of day-to-day operations. To thrive in this role, you will need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be organized. We are looking for a motivated individual to be our office administrator. You will need to be able to work under pressure and prioritize. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion of our company.
Job Responsibilities:
Deal with any queries via phone, email and general correspondence
Set up systems and procedures as required
Manage procurement of all office supplies of stationery, supplies, equipment and furniture
Maintains office equipment
Invoice clients and manage accounts payable
Post position literature on school career centers or similar
Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions
Recruiting, pre-screening, interviewing and hiring new staff, including scheduling and managing recruitment email campaigns
Orientation and training of new staff
Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
Organize office operations and procedures, reviewing supply requisitions
Provide filing system and retention policy as well as disposal of records
Design and implement office policies, standards and procedures – making adjustments as needed
Prepare Governmental and Insurance reports
 Job Requirements:
Stability of employment
Bachelors degree or higher in related field
Honest and trustworthy
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Computer skills including spread sheet, word processing, and email
Time management skills
Effective written communication skills, verbal and listening skills
Excellent organizational skills
Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
5-10 years experience
